At Renegade Juggling, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't performing to your standards, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all juggling props, unicycles, or accessories are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• 2.
  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
